According to a news published on 26th November 2011 in Times of India, Mumbai : Mr. Melvin D’Costa is panelist-cum-promoter of Speak-Asia .
Additional Commissioner EOW Mumbai Mr. Rajawardhan Sinha Says : He was not only a panelist but also a prime promoter of the company. He could not explain the transfer of around $3,000 in his account.

News About Supreme Court Case - Solomon James Case

The Supreme Court has set up a panel, headed by former chief justice of India RC Lahoti, to settle the dispute between Singapore-based online company Speak Asia and its panelists over payment of dues to the latter. A bench headed by justice Dalveer Bhandari passed the order on a petition filed by 115 panelists of Speak Asia seeking a directive to the company to disburse the payments.
